Dosing device
Working Principle
Solid chemicals or raw solutions are manually added into the dissolving tank. The stirring motor drives the agitator to rotate at a constant speed, ensuring the chemicals are fully dissolved and mixed into a standard concentration solution. The metering pump continuously delivers the solution at a set flow rate to the sewage pipeline or treatment structure. The equipment is equipped with a liquid level sensor and an electronic control system. When the liquid level is low, it automatically alerts for chemical replenishment, enabling fully automatic and uninterrupted dosing.
Application Areas
1. Municipal wastewater: Quantitative dosing of flocculants, decolorizing agents, and sludge dewatering chemicals in municipal wastewater treatment plants.
2. Industrial circulating water: Dosing of scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, and biocides in factory circulating cooling water systems.
3. Chemical wastewater: Automatic proportional dosing of acid-base neutralization and coagulation sedimentation chemicals in chemical wastewater treatment.
4. Water treatment plants: Continuous addition of flocculants for purification and disinfectants for water treatment.
5. Aquaculture wastewater: Preparation and targeted dosing of nitrogen and phosphorus removal chemicals in aquaculture wastewater treatment.
