Sludge Transfer Pump

Sludge Transfer Pump

Product Information

  • Name : Sludge Transfer Pump
  • SKU : BLT-146
  • Category : sludge-transfer-pumps

The sludge transfer pump is a power equipment specifically designed for transporting viscous sludge, slurry, and solid-containing wastewater in wastewater treatment processes. It can handle high-concentration media with fibers, particles, and viscous, easily settling substances, making it suitable for long-distance pressurized transfer of dewatered sludge, sedimentation tank bottom sludge, and flocculated sludge. It is non-clogging, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, and can adapt to pipeline bends and elevation changes, serving as the core supporting equipment for sludge transfer operations.

Sludge Transfer Pump

Working Principle By relying on the eccentric squeezing of the rotor, screw meshing, or reciprocating piston structure, a sealed cavity is formed. During the rotation of the pump, the volume of the cavity continuously changes, smoothly pushing the sludge medium sucked in from the inlet end to the discharge pipeline. The internal flow channels of the equipment are wide and smooth, allowing it to carry impurities and fibers without clogging. Using pressure to overcome pipeline resistance and height differences, it achieves sealed pipeline transportation of sludge. Application Fields 1. Municipal wastewater: Pipeline transportation of sludge from sedimentation tanks in wastewater treatment plants, as well as dewatered sludge cakes from screw and plate-and-frame presses. 2. Construction engineering: Long-distance pumping, discharge, and transportation of pile foundation mud and foundation pit sludge. 3. River dredging: Extraction and transportation of river and lake bottom mud and accumulated sludge to dewatering treatment sites. 4. Livestock waste: Sealed transportation and feeding of viscous materials such as livestock manure and biogas residue.
