Bag filter
Working Principle
The fan directs dust-laden exhaust gas from the lower part of the unit into the chamber. As the airflow passes through the filter bags, dust is trapped and adheres to the outer surface of the bags, while clean air is discharged through the outlet. The equipment periodically injects compressed air into the filter bags via pulse valves, dislodging accumulated dust from the bag surfaces. The dust falls into the bottom hopper and is regularly discharged and collected by the ash discharge device, maintaining the permeability of the filter bags and ensuring stable dust removal operation.
Application Areas
1. Asphalt Mixing: Centralized treatment of exhaust dust from aggregate drying and screening processes in asphalt mixing plants.
2. Commercial Concrete Mixing: Collection and purification of dust from powder silos and main mixing units in concrete batching plants.
3. Boiler Flue Gas: Pre-treatment dust removal for exhaust gas from coal-fired and biomass boilers before desulfurization.
4. Building Materials Industry: Dust control in sand and gravel crushing, stone screening, and cement powder processing.
5. Metallurgy and Chemical Industry: Filtration and purification of particulate matter from exhaust gases in smelting and chemical production processes.
