Spray tower
Working Principle
Waste gas enters from the lower inlet of the tower and flows upward, while the circulating pump delivers neutralizing washing liquid to multiple layers of spray pipes inside the tower, where it is evenly sprayed downward through atomizing nozzles. The gas and liquid come into full countercurrent contact, allowing acidic, alkaline harmful gases, and dust in the waste gas to be dissolved and absorbed by the liquid. A demister layer is installed at the upper part of the tower to intercept liquid droplets carried by the gas, and the clean exhaust is discharged from the top outlet. The liquid falls into the bottom water tank for recycling, with periodic discharge and replacement of the reagent.
Application Fields
1. Chemical waste gas: Neutralization washing and purification of acidic, alkaline, and organic waste gases from chemical production.
2. Coating industry: Initial spray treatment of paint mist and benzene-type waste gases from painting processes.
3. Electroplating processing: Absorption and treatment of acid mist and alkaline waste gases from electroplating production lines.
4. Printing workshops: Wet pretreatment of printing ink odors and VOC waste gases.
5. Waste stations: Spray deodorization and purification of malodorous gases from waste transfer stations.
