Activated Carbon Adsorption Box

Activated Carbon Adsorption Box

Product Information

  • Name : Activated Carbon Adsorption Box
  • SKU : BLT-150
  • Category : activated-carbon-adsorption-boxes

Activated carbon adsorption box is a commonly used organic waste gas treatment equipment. It relies on the porous structure of activated carbon to adsorb VOCs, odors, benzene series, and paint mist molecules in the waste gas, achieving deodorization and purification. The equipment has a simple structure and low operating energy consumption. It is often used in series with spray towers and photochemical oxidation equipment, primarily for end-of-pipe treatment of exhaust gases in processes such as painting, printing, and injection molding. The box is sealed to prevent gas leakage, and the activated carbon is easy to load and replace.

Activated Carbon Adsorption Box

Working Principle Organic waste gas enters the box from the air inlet at one end, and the airflow passes evenly through multiple layers of honeycomb/granular activated carbon adsorption layers. Odor molecules and volatile organic compounds in the waste gas are captured and retained by the abundant micropores of the activated carbon, while clean gas is discharged from the air outlet at the other end. Once the activated carbon reaches saturation, it can be removed for replacement or regenerated through desorption to ensure continuous purification performance. Application Fields 1. Spray Painting & Coating: Adsorption and deodorization of paint mist and organic benzene waste gas in spray booths. 2. Printing Industry: Purification of VOC waste gas and printing odors in ink printing workshops. 3. Injection Molding & Plastics: Treatment of oil fumes and odor waste gas from plastic injection molding and extrusion processes. 4. Chemical Workshops: End-stage adsorption treatment of volatile waste gas from small chemical workstations. 5. Sewage Treatment Stations: Collection, adsorption, and deodorization of malodorous gases from wastewater treatment plants.
