Integrated wastewater treatment equipment
Working Principle
Wastewater first passes through a front-end grille to remove large debris before entering the regulating tank to balance water volume and quality. The wastewater then flows sequentially into the anoxic tank for denitrification, followed by the aerobic aeration tank, where microbial flora decompose and degrade pollutants such as organic matter and ammonia nitrogen. Subsequently, it enters the sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation, with part of the sludge being回流 to the biochemical tank for reuse and the excess sludge being periodically discharged. Finally, the water undergoes disinfection to kill bacteria and viruses, meeting discharge standards for direct release or reuse.
Application Areas
1. Village and Town Wastewater: Centralized treatment of domestic sewage in rural villages and towns, as well as decentralized treatment for rural households and clusters of guesthouses.
2. Scenic Area Accommodation: Treatment of daily domestic sewage from scenic resorts, hotels, guesthouses, and agritainment facilities.
3. Construction Camps: Purification of domestic sewage from temporary living areas at construction sites, highway service areas, and gas stations.
4. Community Renovation: Decentralized wastewater treatment for old residential community renovations and old pipeline network upgrade projects.
5. Industrial Wastewater: Treatment of low-concentration production wastewater from small factories, farms, and slaughterhouses.
6. Medical Wastewater: Simple pretreatment and standard treatment of medical wastewater from hospital outpatient clinics and small medical institutions.
