Air flotation machine
Working Principle
A high-pressure pump delivers water into an air-dissolving tank, where compressed air fully dissolves into the water to form dissolved air water. The dissolved air water is suddenly depressurized through a release device, generating a large number of tiny bubbles. After adding flocculants to the wastewater, suspended solids coagulate into flocs, and the bubbles attach to the flocs, rising together to the liquid surface to form a scum layer. A chain-type scraper on top of the equipment moves at a constant speed, scraping the scum into a collection hopper for discharge, while the clarified water underneath overflows out, completing solid-liquid separation.
Application Fields
1. Restaurant wastewater: Grease and solid removal from kitchen wastewater in restaurants and cafeterias, eliminating animal and vegetable oils and food residues.
2. Chemical wastewater: Removal of suspended impurities and lightweight chemical flocculation precipitates from industrial chemical wastewater.
3. Textile dyeing wastewater: Decolorization of dyeing and textile wastewater, stripping dye flocs and fiber suspensions from the water.
4. Municipal wastewater: Pre-treatment stage of municipal wastewater, reducing incoming suspended solids to alleviate subsequent biochemical load.
