Working Principle After filtration and pressure stabilization, the gas is evenly mixed with air and enters the cylinder for compression. It is then ignited by a spark plug, causing combustion and expansion, which drives the piston and crankshaft to convert the chemical energy of the gas into mechanical energy. This drives the generator rotor to rotate, generating electrical energy through electromagnetic induction. The control system stabilizes the voltage and frequency, outputting standard alternating current, while waste heat can also be recovered for utilization. Application Fields 1. Industrial, mining, oil, and gas industries: Oil fields and coal mines utilize associated gas and coal mine gas for on-site power generation, enabling waste gas reuse. 2. Environmental protection, wastewater treatment, and aquaculture industries: Biogas is used for power generation, achieving resource utilization of waste. 3.
