Biogas generator set
Working Principle
After desulfurization, dehydration, and pressure regulation, biogas is mixed with air in a specific ratio and enters the cylinder. The spark plug ignites the mixture, causing combustion and expansion, which pushes the piston and rotates the crankshaft. This process converts the chemical energy of the gas into mechanical energy, driving the generator to produce electricity through electromagnetic induction. The control system stabilizes the output voltage and frequency.
Application Areas
1. Livestock and Poultry Farms: Treats manure from cattle, sheep, and pigs through fermentation to generate biogas for electricity, powering on-site lighting and livestock equipment.
2. Wastewater Treatment Plants: Utilizes biogas produced during the anaerobic digestion of sewage to generate electricity, supplementing the plant's own energy consumption.
3. Rural Village Projects: Centralized production of biogas from straw and human/animal waste to provide concentrated power and heating for villages.
4. Food and Brewing Enterprises: Ferments wastewater and waste residues from liquor brewing and soybean product processing to generate biogas for on-site power generation.
5. Kitchen Waste Treatment Stations: Anaerobic digestion of kitchen waste to produce biogas, enabling energy recovery and utilization.
