Working Principle The diesel engine intakes air, and a high-pressure fuel injector atomizes diesel fuel and delivers it into the cylinder. After compression and combustion, explosive force is generated to push the piston and rotate the crankshaft, converting the chemical energy of the fuel into mechanical kinetic energy. The crankshaft is coupled with the generator rotor, and both rotate at high speed. The stator coil inside the generator cuts the magnetic lines of force, converting mechanical energy into alternating current through electromagnetic induction. Associated electronic control devices automatically regulate voltage and frequency to ensure stable power output. Fully automatic units, paired with a dual-power transfer switch, automatically start and supply power when utility power fails, and automatically shut down when the grid is restored, completing the entire power supply process. Application Fields 1. Emergency backup power supply: Hospitals, data rooms, communication base stations, banks, large supermarkets, high-rise buildings, ensuring uninterrupted operation of elevators, fire protection, security, and core equipment during utility power failures. 2. Off-grid permanent power supply: Remote mountainous areas, islands, pastoral areas, field mines, oil field drilling sites, where there is no municipal grid coverage, the generator set serves as the long-term main power source. 3. Temporary power for construction projects: Road and bridge construction, tunnel infrastructure, municipal emergency repair projects, providing on-site temporary electricity for construction machinery, lighting, and welding equipment. 4. Production and commercial backup: Processing plants, cold chain warehouses, livestock and poultry breeding bases, to avoid production line shutdowns, product losses, and breeding losses caused by sudden power outages. 5. Special scenario usage: Auxiliary power supply for ships, outdoor RV living, field exploration, flood and earthquake disaster relief sites, temporary power supply for large outdoor events.
