Working Principle
Real-time acquisition of voltage, frequency, and phase signals from each generator enables automatic regulation of unit parameters to achieve synchronization conditions before closing and connecting to the grid. The system automatically switches units based on total electrical load, reasonably distributing the load among each generator. It also features protection functions such as reverse power, overload, and short circuit. Faulty units are automatically disconnected from the grid loop, ensuring the stability of the overall power supply system.
Application Areas
1. Data Centers: Multiple generator sets operate in parallel for redundant power supply, ensuring uninterrupted server operation.
2. Medical Industry: Multiple hospital generator sets are connected to the grid for backup power, preventing power outages caused by a single unit failure.
3. Commercial Buildings: Large shopping malls and industrial parks utilize multiple generator sets in coordination, switching on demand to reduce energy consumption.
4. Industrial and Mining Fields: Mines and oil fields use multiple generator sets in parallel to form self-contained power stations.
5. Maritime Shipping: Multiple ship generators operate in parallel to uniformly distribute power to onboard equipment.
