Controller
Working Principle
Continuously collect operational data such as engine speed, water temperature, oil pressure, output voltage, and current. Automatically execute start and stop operations based on preset logic. In the event of abnormal conditions such as overspeed, overcurrent, or high temperature, immediately shut down for protection. It can also be linked with transfer switches and paralleling cabinets to achieve automated operation of the entire power distribution system.
Application Areas
1. Standby Power Generation: Start/stop control and status monitoring of single diesel or gas generator sets.
2. Grid-Connected Systems: Cooperate with paralleling cabinets to achieve coordinated control of multiple generator sets.
3. Power Distribution Linkage: Interface with ATS automatic transfer switches to automatically start the generator upon mains power failure.
4. Remote Operation and Maintenance: Long-distance signal transmission and remote start/stop control for base stations and field power stations.
