Hand tools
Working Principle
By leveraging mechanical forces such as leverage, friction, extrusion, shear, and impact applied by hand, it directly performs operations like turning and clamping bolts, nuts, components, plates, and wires; striking, disassembling, cutting, grinding, positioning, and measuring. This enables tasks such as disassembly, assembly, fine-tuning, and repair of equipment components. It can be used for equipment maintenance operations in scenarios involving power outages, confined spaces, or the absence of air or power sources.
Application Fields
1. Factory equipment maintenance: Inspection and maintenance of fans, pumps, reducers, conveyors, air compressors, valves, etc.; disassembly and replacement of components.
2. Mechanical and electrical water installation: Wiring in distribution boxes, disassembly and assembly of pipeline flanges, fixing of cable trays and brackets, line inspection and wiring.
3. Automotive and agricultural machinery repair: Chassis disassembly and assembly, pipeline inspection, disassembly and repair of mechanical components.
4. Construction engineering: Fastening of small steel structure parts, installation of embedded parts, assembly of temporary components on construction sites.
5. Home renovation and repair scenarios: Furniture assembly, water pipe repair, adjustment of doors, windows, and hardware, disassembly and inspection of household appliances.
