Product Information

  • Name : Rescue Tripod
  • SKU : BLT-28
  • Category : rescue-tripods

The rescue tripod is a specialized lifting and rescue device designed for deep wells and confined space operations. Its main body consists of three high-strength aluminum alloy legs hinged together to form a stable triangular support structure. It is equipped with accessories such as a hand-operated winch, safety steel wire rope, self-locking fall prevention device, and sling hooks. The tripod can be set up above wellheads, foundation pits, or pipeline shafts to lower personnel into narrow, enclosed spaces for work or to lift trapped individuals from below. It is easy to assemble and disassemble, portable, and offers stable load-bearing capacity. Widely used in emergency rescue, municipal underground operations, and chemical tank maintenance, it is an essential tool for such scenarios.

Working Principle The three legs are spread out to form an equilateral triangle structure, firmly secured at the wellhead edge using the mechanical stability of a triangle. Anti-slip foot pads at the bottom prevent sliding and overturning. A hand-operated winch winds the steel cable, and with a self-locking brake mechanism, it controls the lowering and lifting of the rope, allowing workers to be steadily sent into deep wells or confined spaces. In the event of a fall or loss of gravity, the built-in anti-fall locking mechanism immediately clamps the steel cable to prevent rapid descent. During rescue operations, reversing the handle smoothly lifts the trapped person back to the ground. Application Fields 1. Municipal Rescue: Rescue operations for personnel falling into sewers, sewage wells, cable wells, and septic tanks. 2. Industrial and Mining Operations: Worker access and emergency rescue in mine shafts, foundation pits, and underground pipelines. 3. Chemical Industry: Protection and rescue for maintenance work inside reaction tanks, storage tanks, and sealed containers. 4. Fire Emergency Rescue: Lifting and rescuing trapped individuals in narrow deep wells, culverts, and deep pits.
