Product Information

  • Name : Safety helmet
  • SKU : BLT-33
  • Category : safety-helmets

Safety helmets are fundamental head protection gear for labor safety and emergency protection. Their shells are typically made from ABS engineering plastic, fiberglass, or PE material through one-piece molding, with an inner structure featuring a shock-absorbing liner, sweat-absorbent webbing, and a chin strap. Based on usage scenarios, they are categorized into construction safety helmets, fire rescue helmets, electrical insulation helmets, and mining safety helmets. Some models are equipped with goggles, explosion-proof headlamps, and earmuffs, offering protection against head injuries from falling objects, rock impacts, electric shocks, and punctures. They are widely used in engineering construction, fire rescue, electrical maintenance, underground mining, and municipal emergency operations.

Working Principle The hard outer shell first directly absorbs impacts from falling or hard objects, dispersing concentrated force points. The impact force is then transmitted to the inner lining and cushioning webbing structure, where most of the impact energy is absorbed through webbing stretching and shell deformation, preventing external forces from directly acting on the human head. The chin strap securely fastens the helmet to the head, preventing it from falling off after impact, thereby minimizing the risk of brain contusions and blunt-force injuries. The insulated shell can block low-voltage currents, preventing electric shock injuries. Application Fields 1. Construction: Civil engineering sites, renovation curtain walls, steel structure installation, preventing injuries from falling building materials and tools. 2. Fire and Emergency Response: Firefighting, collapse demolition, rescue and search operations, blocking flying debris and falling wall fragments from striking the head. 3. Power Operations and Maintenance: Substations, line inspections, live-line work, providing insulation protection against electric shock and object impacts. 4. Mining and Underground Operations: Mining extraction, tunnel excavation, resisting falling rocks and gravel impacts from tunnels.
