Product Information

  • Name : Seatbelt
  • SKU : BLT-37
  • Category : safety-belts

The full name of a safety belt is a high-altitude fall protection safety belt, typically made from high-strength polyester webbing. It is divided into two main types: full-body harnesses and half-body waist belts. These are used in conjunction with accessories such as D-ring attachment points, self-locking devices, shock-absorbing packs, safety ropes, and main carabiners. It securely restrains the human torso, preventing falls from heights during tasks such as high-altitude work, deep well rescues, exterior wall construction, and firefighting rope rescues. In the event of an accidental fall, it can absorb the impact force on the body, avoiding fall-related injuries or fatalities, making it an essential piece of personal protective equipment for confined high-altitude scenarios.

Working Principle The webbing has ultra-high tensile load capacity. When worn, it evenly distributes the body weight across multiple stress points on the shoulders, waist, and legs. In the event of an accidental fall, the safety harness transfers the impact force to the anchor rescue rope. The internal structure of the buffer stretches and deforms to absorb the fall energy, significantly reducing the instantaneous impact force and preventing waist and torso strain injuries. The multi-point strap structure securely fixes the body posture, preventing the person from slipping or hanging upside down, thereby eliminating the risk of high-altitude falls. Application Fields 1. Fire Rescue and Emergency Response: High-rise escape, deep well search and rescue, mountain rope rescue, and anchor protection for building collapse high-altitude operations. 2. Construction: Curtain wall and exterior wall cleaning, steel structure installation, tower crane maintenance, and fall protection for scaffolding work. 3. Power and Communication: Iron tower base stations, high-voltage line inspections, and height-restricted protection for substation equipment maintenance. 4. Municipal Operations and Maintenance: Fall prevention for confined space operations such as pipeline wells, foundation pits, and septic tanks. 5. Outdoor Operations: High-altitude exploration, slope survey, wind turbine tower maintenance, and other outdoor high-altitude safety protection scenarios.
