Product Information

  • Name : Mobile lighting tower
  • SKU : BLT-49
  • Category : mobile-lighting-towers

A mobile lighting tower, also known as a vehicle-mounted or hand-pushed emergency lighting vehicle, is an integrated emergency lighting device that combines a diesel generator set, an adjustable light pole, high-power LED floodlights, and a mobile chassis. The light pole can be extended or retracted manually or hydraulically to raise the lighting fixtures, allowing a single unit to achieve wide-area, high-intensity illumination. It comes in three types: hand-pushed portable, trailer-towed, and vehicle-mounted. With its own independent power generation system, it does not require an external power supply and features rain resistance, wind resistance, and long-lasting endurance. It is a large-area supplementary lighting solution for nighttime rescue operations, accident response, construction sites, and flood control and disaster relief scenarios.

Working Principle The built-in diesel generator inside the equipment converts the chemical energy of fuel into electrical energy, supplying power to multiple high-brightness LED lights at the top. The hydraulic/manual lifting structure drives the light pole to rise vertically, while the lights can rotate 360° horizontally and adjust the illumination angle through tilting, achieving large-area, shadow-free lighting. The circuit system is equipped with voltage stabilization and overload protection, ensuring continuous and stable light output over long periods. Some models feature remote start/stop and remote on/off functions, allowing normal operation even in harsh weather conditions. Application Fields 1. Fire emergency rescue: Large-area nighttime lighting at fire, collapse, and traffic accident scenes, facilitating personnel search, rescue, and demolition operations. 2. Municipal engineering construction: Nighttime lighting for road repairs, pipeline excavation, and infrastructure construction sites. 3. Flood control and drought relief: Supplementary lighting for nighttime rescue and search operations during floods, landslides, and other disasters. 4. Power and communication emergency repairs: Nighttime lighting for emergency repairs of power grid lines and base station failures.
