Gas Analyzer

Gas Analyzer

Product Information

  • Name : Gas Analyzer
  • SKU : BLT-59
  • Category : gas-analyzers

Gas analyzers are specialized instruments designed for precise detection of single or multiple gas components, concentrations, temperature, and humidity in environments, pipelines, and equipment interiors. Based on different detection principles such as infrared, electrochemistry, catalytic combustion, thermal conductivity, and laser, they can quantitatively identify various gas parameters including toxic and hazardous gases, combustible gases, oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen oxides. The products are available in portable handheld, online wall-mounted, and cabinet-type pre-treatment complete analysis systems. They can not only display detection values directly on-site but also output standard signals to connect with PLC or DCS control systems, enabling alarm-triggered over-limit alerts and process interlock control. These devices are core safety and detection equipment for industrial safety, environmental emission monitoring, and production process surveillance.

**Working Principle** The device is equipped with a corresponding detection sensor. The measured gas enters the detection chamber through a gas pipeline or natural diffusion. The sensor undergoes physical or chemical reactions with the target gas, generating weak electrical signals. The mainboard circuit amplifies, filters, compensates for temperature and humidity, and converts the data, transforming the electrical signals into intuitive gas concentration values. Online models can transmit monitoring data in real time. When the gas concentration exceeds the safety threshold, the instrument activates an audible and visual alarm, while simultaneously triggering exhaust fans, cutting off the gas supply, and activating sprinkler systems to mitigate risks such as leakage poisoning, explosions, and excessive emissions, thereby ensuring safety and environmental compliance. **Application Fields** 1. **Chemical Plants**: Real-time monitoring of flammable, explosive, and toxic process gas leaks, as well as process composition analysis. 2. **Environmental Flue Gas**: Online monitoring of exhaust emissions such as NO, SO₂, CO, and particulate matter from boilers and incinerators. 3. **Metallurgical Industry**: Online analysis of oxygen, carbon monoxide, and gas composition in blast furnaces and kilns. 4. **Gas Industry**: Leak detection and purity analysis of combustible gases in natural gas pipelines and pressure regulating stations. 5. **Pharmaceutical Workshops**: Monitoring of oxygen levels and inert protective gas concentrations in cleanrooms.
