Product Information

  • Name : Incubator
  • SKU : BLT-65
  • Category : incubators

An incubator is a sealed, constant-temperature chamber device capable of precisely regulating temperature, humidity, and gas concentration. It is primarily used for constant-temperature static cultivation and breeding experiments of biological samples such as microorganisms, bacteria, cells, and plant seedlings, relying on programmed temperature control to create a stable biomimetic environment. Common types include electric heating constant-temperature incubators, biochemical incubators, mold incubators, CO₂ incubators, and constant-temperature and humidity incubators. They are widely applied in biological laboratories, pharmaceutical quality inspection, food microbiological testing, agricultural breeding, and other scenarios.

Working Principle The internal electric heating system, combined with air duct circulation, ensures uniform and stable temperature inside the chamber. The temperature control sensor collects real-time temperature data, and the instrument controls heating start/stop through a closed-loop system. Biochemical and mold models are additionally equipped with a refrigeration module, enabling low-temperature environments below room temperature. The CO₂ incubator introduces CO₂ gas and precisely adjusts its concentration to simulate the growth environment of cells in vivo. The constant temperature and humidity model adds a humidification component to simultaneously control temperature and humidity, providing suitable and stable growth conditions for bacteria and cells. Application Fields 1. Food Testing: Cultivation and detection of microbial strains such as total bacterial count and coliforms in food. 2. Pharmaceutical Industry: Sterility testing of drugs, bacterial fermentation, and cell biology experiments. 3. Environmental Monitoring: Isolation of microorganisms from water and soil, and constant-temperature cultivation of bacterial strains. 4. Agricultural and Forestry Research: Seed germination and seedling cultivation, plant tissue culture, and insect rearing.
