Pressure/Temperature/Level/Flow Transmitter
Working Principle
The transmitter is equipped with a dedicated sensing core and signal processing circuit board. When in contact with the measured medium, the sensing unit generates corresponding weak electrical signals—such as resistance, capacitance, voltage, or pulses—based on pressure changes, temperature variations, liquid level height, and fluid flow velocity. The subsequent circuit performs noise filtering, temperature drift compensation, and range conversion on the raw signal, eliminating measurement errors caused by environmental temperature and line losses. According to the set range, the physical quantity is converted into a standardized standard electrical signal, which is transmitted over long distances via cables to the control system. The central control device receives the signal and completes numerical conversion, screen display, and logic interlocking. When parameters exceed the set safety range, an audible and visual alarm can be triggered, and it can also reversely actuate valves, pumps, and other actuators to automatically adjust operating parameters, thereby completing a fully closed-loop automated monitoring and control process.
