Bearings are precision basic components in mechanical equipment used to support rotating shafts, reduce the friction coefficient of shaft rotation, and limit the range of shaft motion. They are mainly composed of four core parts: inner ring, outer ring, rolling elements, and cage. Some models are equipped with sealing covers and lubricating grease. Common categories include rolling bearings and sliding bearings. Rolling bearings include deep groove ball bearings, self-aligning bearings, tapered roller bearings, thrust bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, etc. The material is mostly high-carbon chromium bearing steel. For corrosion-resistant conditions, stainless steel bearings or ceramic bearings can be used. They feature wear resistance, load capacity, precise positioning, and smooth operation. Almost all rotating transmission equipment must be equipped with bearings, making them core wear-prone components in reducers, fans, pumps, conveyors, and motors.

Working Principle Rolling bearings rely on the inner ring rotating synchronously with the shaft. Rolling elements such as steel balls or rollers are filled between the inner and outer rings, converting the sliding friction between the shaft and the base into rolling friction with lower resistance. The cage separates the rolling elements to prevent mutual collision and wear, while the oil seal structure retains the grease and blocks dust and moisture from entering the cavity. This reduces rotational loss, supports radial and axial loads, and constrains the shaft to fixed-axis rotation, preventing eccentric wobbling. Sliding bearings, on the other hand, rely directly on the oil film between the bearing bush and the journal for lubrication and friction reduction, making them suitable for heavy-load, low-speed conditions. Application Fields 1. Pumps and Fans: Support for the main shafts of centrifugal pumps, pipeline pumps, centrifugal fans, and axial fans, ensuring high-speed and stable operation of the impellers. 2. Reducer Transmission Components: Positioning and support at both ends of gear shafts and worm gears, bearing the radial and axial forces generated by gear meshing. 3. Conveying Machinery: Rollers of belt conveyors, screw shafts of screw conveyors, and head and tail wheels of elevators, carrying heavy loads from materials. 4. Motor Power Equipment: Standard bearings at both ends of three-phase motor rotors, serving as fundamental components for continuous high-speed rotation of motors. 5. Engineering Machinery and Vehicles: Various bearings in loaders, tractors, automobile hubs, and gearboxes, withstanding impact loads.
