Vibrating Feeder
Working Principle
After being powered on, the driving component generates high-frequency reciprocating excitation force. With the assistance of damping springs, it drives the trough to perform small-amplitude, high-frequency reciprocating vibrations. The material inside the trough, under the influence of vibration inertia force, continuously moves forward in a jumping and uniform manner along the surface of the trough plate. By adjusting the current intensity and vibration frequency of the exciter, the feeding speed and conveying volume can be freely controlled. The material accumulated in the hopper will not be discharged all at once but will be steadily fed at the set flow rate. Additionally, the rod-type model can pre-screen fine powder impurities, directly remove soil and fine particles, and only convey large stone materials.
Application Fields
1. Mining Stone Crushing: Used for hopper feeding in stone crushing production lines, evenly feeding jaw crushers to prevent equipment blockage and overload caused by concentrated feeding of large stones.
2. Sand and Gravel Aggregate Processing: Quantitative feeding of raw material silos, combined with screening production lines to achieve continuous automated feeding.
3. Chemical Powder Industry: Uniform feeding of powder raw materials, precise control of ingredient ratios, ensuring stable mixing and stirring processes.
4. Grain Processing: Graded feeding and conveying of grains and cereal particles, combined with screening equipment to separate impurities.
