Gear reducer
Working Principle
The high-speed rotational power from the motor enters the reducer through the input shaft. It passes through one or more pairs of gears with different numbers of teeth that mesh and transmit motion. The small gear drives the large gear, and the rotational speed decreases step by step according to the gear ratio, while the torque increases proportionally. Finally, the power is output through the output shaft at low speed and high torque, converting the motor's high-speed, low-torque output into the low-speed, high-torque required by the equipment. Lubricating oil is injected into the housing to lubricate and cool the gear meshing positions, while the oil seal structure prevents oil leakage and dust ingress, ensuring long-term stable gear meshing and operation.
Application Fields
1. Conveying Machinery Equipment: Drives for belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, and vibrating feeder heads, providing stable high-torque power for conveyor rollers and auger blades.
2. Mixing and Reaction Equipment: Chemical mixing tanks, wastewater treatment mixers, mortar mixers, driving mixing paddles at low speed to stir materials.
3. Lifting and Hoisting Equipment: Electric hoists, small lifting winches, overhead crane mechanisms, controlling lifting and lowering start/stop while enhancing load torque.
4. Packaging Line Equipment: Strapping machines, case sealers, filling machinery, precisely controlling the operating speed of the production line.
5. Engineering Machinery Industry: Drive sections of small loaders, agricultural machinery, and roller conveyor lines for speed reduction and power transmission.
