Axial flow fan
Working Principle
The motor drives the fan blades to rotate at high speed around the central axis. The inclined curved surfaces of the blades continuously apply thrust to the air in front. The airflow passes straight through the impeller from the inlet side to the outlet side along the linear direction of the fan shaft, remaining parallel to the main shaft throughout the entire flow path. The blades use propeller-like thrust to complete air delivery, resulting in low wind resistance, high ventilation efficiency, and outstanding short-distance air supply and exhaust performance.
Application Fields
1. Factory Workshop Ventilation: Large-scale forced air exchange in factory workshops, heat dissipation and cooling at workstations, and exhaust and odor removal in stuffy spaces.
2. Duct and Equipment Room Exhaust: Heat dissipation and ventilation in basements, power distribution rooms, and server rooms, as well as direct air exchange through ducts and air shafts.
3. Fire Smoke Exhaust Conditions: High-temperature-resistant fire-fighting axial flow smoke exhaust fans, used to expel thick smoke from stairwells during fires, in coordination with fire protection systems.
4. Agricultural and Breeding Scenarios: Greenhouse ventilation and air exchange, exhaust and odor removal in livestock farms, pigsties, and chicken coops, and air circulation in greenhouses.
5. Equipment Cooling: Air cooling and heat dissipation for cooling towers, air compressors, and boiler equipment, as well as cooling for large machinery units.
