Centrifugal fan
Working Principle
The motor drives the spindle and impeller to rotate at high speed inside the volute casing. Air is drawn into the center of the impeller from the axial air inlet. The blades drive the airflow in a circular motion, and under centrifugal force, the air is rapidly thrown toward the outer edge of the impeller. The airflow gathers within the volute-shaped casing, converting kinetic energy into pressure energy, and is finally discharged directionally from the fan outlet along the tangential direction. A continuous negative pressure is maintained at the center of the impeller, causing external air to be constantly drawn into the air inlet, thus achieving continuous and stable air extraction, supply, and exhaust operations through this cycle.
Application Fields
1. Ventilation and air exchange in factory workshops: Supply air and exchange air in factory workshops, improve air circulation in enclosed spaces, and provide localized exhaust at workstations to enhance indoor air quality.
2. Environmental protection, dust removal, and purification: Used in conjunction with dust collection bags and waste gas treatment equipment to extract workshop dust, welding fumes, and production exhaust, sending them to purification devices.
3. Boilers and thermal equipment: Induced draft and forced air supply for boilers, extracting combustion flue gas from the furnace for discharge, and assisting in the full combustion of fuel.
4. Pneumatic material conveying: High-pressure fans are used to transport grain particles, plastic pellets, and sawdust powder, enabling negative-pressure pipeline feeding and conveying.
