Submersible pump
**Working Principle**
When the device is fully submerged in water, the external power supply powers the built-in submersible motor via a waterproof cable. The motor directly drives the impeller inside the pump head to rotate at high speed through a coaxial connection. Water enters the pump chamber through the bottom filter screen, and the rotating impeller generates centrifugal force to pressurize the water. The water flows upward along the internal guide channel inside the pump body, passes through the outlet, and is discharged through the water pipe above the water surface.
The entire unit adopts a multi-stage mechanical seal structure to prevent water from entering the motor chamber, thereby preventing internal winding short circuits caused by water ingress. When the motor operates while submerged in water, it relies on the surrounding water for direct heat dissipation, ensuring excellent cooling performance. This allows for continuous long-term operation without the risk of overheating or burnout due to dry running.
**Application Fields**
1. **Municipal Flood Control and Drainage**: Rapid pumping of water from urban basements, underground garages, road积水, and pipe network pits during flood seasons for emergency rescue and drainage.
2. **Sewage and Waste Lifting**: Lifting and discharging wastewater from community septic tanks, construction site mud, domestic sewage pits, and sewage treatment stations.
3. **Deep Well Water Supply**: Extracting water from farmland wells, rural household deep wells, and factory deep wells for domestic use and irrigation.
4. **Agricultural and Landscape Irrigation**: Pumping water from ponds and rivers for farmland and nursery irrigation, as well as water circulation and exchange in fish ponds.
