Pipeline pump
Working Principle
The motor coaxially drives the impeller to rotate at high speed inside the volute pump casing. The liquid within the pump casing moves in a circular motion with the impeller, generating centrifugal force. The medium is thrown from the center of the impeller to the outer edge of the pump casing, where kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy and discharged into the downstream pipeline through the outlet. A negative pressure forms at the center of the impeller, and water from the inlet pipeline continuously enters the pump chamber under atmospheric pressure, enabling the sustained pressurized conveyance of the medium within the pipeline. The sealing assembly prevents water leakage and air ingress at the pump shaft gap, ensuring stable negative pressure suction performance.
Application Fields
1. Building Water Supply: Pressurization for secondary water supply in high-rise residential buildings, pressure stabilization in community pump rooms, and booster water supply for building tap water pipelines.
2. HVAC Circulation: Circulation of chilled and hot water in central air conditioning systems, water circulation in underfloor heating systems, and circulation pumping for boiler room heating networks.
3. Fire Protection Systems: Pressure stabilization in fire sprinkler networks, booster water supply for fire hydrant systems, and maintaining standby water pressure in fire protection pipelines.
4. Industrial Circulation: Cooling water circulation for factory equipment, water circulation in unit heat exchange systems, and small-scale chemical clean water pipeline conveyance.
