Gear pump
Working Principle
The motor drives the driving gear to rotate, and the driven gear at the meshing point rotates synchronously in the opposite direction. On the side where the gears disengage, the cavity volume increases, creating a negative pressure. Under atmospheric pressure, the liquid is drawn into the pump cavity and fills the gaps between the gear teeth. As the gears rotate into the meshing side, the tooth space is compressed and reduced, forcing the medium to be pressurized and discharged through the pump's oil outlet pipe along the pressure chamber. With continuous gear meshing and disengagement, the pump can consistently complete oil suction and discharge, achieving uninterrupted medium transportation. The internal sealing structure of the pump body prevents high-pressure medium from flowing back, ensuring stable outlet pressure.
Application Fields
1. Hydraulic transmission systems: Used as a hydraulic power source in machine tools, construction machinery, and hydraulic equipment to transport hydraulic oil and provide pressurized oil for cylinders and motors.
2. Equipment lubrication oil supply: Delivers lubricating oil in reducers, generator sets, large machine tools, and boiler circulation systems to achieve full-machine circulating lubrication.
3. Oil transportation industry: Used for loading and unloading diesel, engine oil, and gear oil in tanker trucks, pipeline oil transport in oil depots, and small-scale fuel filling and delivery.
4. Viscous medium transportation: Transports honey and syrup in the food industry; conveys resins, adhesives, latex, and viscous additives in the chemical field.
