High-pressure cleaner

Product Information

  • Name : High-pressure cleaner
  • SKU : BLT-94
  • Category : high-pressure-washers

High-pressure washers rely on electric motors or fuel engines to drive booster pumps, pressurizing ordinary water to form ultra-high-pressure, high-speed water jets. Paired with various specialized nozzles, they scour and strip surface contaminants, making them powerful cleaning devices for stubborn dirt. These machines come in household portable, electric mobile commercial, and diesel-powered heavy-duty industrial models, and can be used simultaneously with cleaning agents. They quickly flush away mud, grease, scale, rust, and stubborn dust without requiring extensive manual scrubbing, offering strong cleaning power and high water efficiency. They are suitable for rinsing tasks across multiple scenarios, including flat surfaces, gaps, pipes, and equipment exteriors.

High-pressure cleaner

Working Principle Water enters the equipment through the inlet and flows into the high-pressure pump body. The power unit drives the plunger pump to reciprocate, continuously pressurizing the water. Normal-pressure water is boosted to tens or even hundreds of megapascals of high pressure, then delivered to the spray gun nozzle via a high-pressure hose. The nozzle reduces the outlet diameter, sharply increasing the water jet velocity to form a highly impactful fan-shaped or columnar water jet. The high-speed water stream strikes the dirt layer, using impact and peeling forces to shatter and wash away stains, rust layers, and caked debris, completing the cleaning operation. Application Fields 1. Household Scenarios: Cleaning courtyard floors, exterior walls, doors and windows, vehicles, and moss and mud on balcony tiles. 2. Municipal Sanitation: Powerful cleaning of city sidewalks, guardrails, bus stops, trash bins, and illegal advertisements. 3. Property Maintenance: Cleaning stains on community floors, underground garage surfaces, and unclogging sewage pipes. 4. Automotive Maintenance: Whole-vehicle washing in car washes, removing chassis mud and engine exterior oil stains. 5. Industrial Plants: Cleaning machinery exteriors, factory floors, storage tank outer walls, and removing scale and rust from pipelines.
