The fog cannon machine, also known as a dust suppression sprayer, is an environmentally friendly dust reduction device that relies on a fan to disperse high-pressure atomized water into long-range water mist. The entire unit consists of atomizing nozzles, a high-pressure water supply system, a high-power axial flow fan, a rotatable frame, and an electrical control box. It can spray water mist tens of meters away, with fine mist particles that adsorb airborne dust and particulate matter, while also providing air humidification, cooling, disinfection spraying, and odor suppression. Working Principle
Clean water is delivered by a booster pump to the atomizing nozzles at the front of the equipment, where high-pressure water flow is cut and broken into micron-sized fine mist. A high-power fan at the rear operates at high speed to generate strong airflow, forcefully propelling the atomized mist over long distances into the air. The mist particles come into contact with and adsorb floating dust and airborne particulates, causing the dust to gain weight and settle to the ground under gravity, thereby achieving dust suppression and control. By adding disinfectants or deodorizing agents, the system can also perform air disinfection and odor treatment.
