A sprinkler truck is a specialized sanitation vehicle designed for special operations. It is built on a Type II automotive chassis and equipped with a large-capacity water storage tank, high-pressure water pump, multi-channel spray pipelines, and a control system. It integrates multiple functions such as sprinkling, flushing, dust suppression, spraying, irrigation, and emergency firefighting. The vehicle can autonomously load clean water and uses its onboard power to drive the hydraulic system for road flushing and sprinkling operations. With high mobility, it can flexibly navigate urban roads, industrial parks, and factory areas. It is not only used for daily road cleaning and dust suppression but also for green maintenance, emergency water supply, road cooling, and disinfection and epidemic prevention in public areas.

Working Principle The vehicle-mounted tank stores water. The engine drives a power take-off (PTO) to operate a high-pressure centrifugal water pump, which extracts water from the tank and pressurizes it. The water flow is distributed to the front duckbill flushing nozzle, side spray nozzles, rear sprinkler pipes, and the rear-mounted mist cannon device. The front flushing nozzle creates a high-pressure water curtain to forcefully wash away mud and stains on the road surface. The side and rear sprinklers use low-pressure water flow to evenly wet the road surface and suppress dust. Vehicles equipped with a mist cannon unit atomize the water and spray it over long distances for dust suppression. All spraying circuits can be started, stopped, and adjusted for water pressure and spraying mode via the control panel in the cab. After operation, residual water in the tank can be drained through gravity flow or by using the water pump. Application Fields 1. Municipal Sanitation: Daily sprinkling and cleaning of urban main and secondary roads and sidewalks, dust control, and summer road surface cooling. 2. Landscape Greening: Irrigation and fertilization of roadside trees, green belts, and park plants, as well as watering for seedling maintenance. 3. Construction Sites and Factory Areas: Dust suppression around construction sites, road washing in factory areas, and dust control in open material yards. 4. Waste Treatment: Spraying deodorizing agents and disinfectants at landfills and transfer stations. 5. Emergency Firefighting: Emergency water supply in the early stages of a fire, auxiliary firefighting, and temporary water delivery in areas with water outages.
