Garbage Truck (Compression Type / Hook Arm Type)

Working Principle The vehicle relies on the chassis engine to drive the power take-off, which powers the entire hydraulic system to control the mechanical structure mounted on the vehicle for operation. It can automatically lift and dump garbage from bins into the carriage. The pushing mechanism inside the carriage compresses loose garbage to increase loading capacity. After being transported to a waste treatment site, the garbage inside the carriage is completely unloaded by lifting the carriage with hydraulic cylinders or pushing it out with a built-in push plate. Alternatively, a hook-arm mechanism can be used to hoist an independent garbage container onto the vehicle frame for fixed transport. At the unloading point, the container is lowered or lifted to dump the garbage. The entire loading and unloading process is completed through hydraulic and electronic control. Application Areas 1. Residential Communities: Regular collection and long-distance transport of household garbage at designated points. 2. Municipal Sanitation: Garbage collection and transportation along main urban roads, secondary roads, and alleys. 3. Commercial Areas: Bulk garbage transport from shopping malls, office buildings, and dining districts. 4. Schools and Hospitals: Enclosed transport and disposal of waste from educational institutions and medical facilities. 5. Industrial Parks: Unified collection and transport of production, household, and waste materials from factory areas.
