A sweeper truck is a specialized road sanitation vehicle modified from a truck chassis, integrating multiple functions such as sweeping, vacuuming, and water spraying for dust suppression. Its cleaning system consists of an onboard fan, side brooms, and a main suction inlet, enabling it to clean road surfaces of sand, gravel, leaves, dust, paper scraps, and scattered debris in a single pass. The fully enclosed vacuum system prevents secondary dust pollution, eliminating the need for manual re-cleaning. With high operational speed and wide coverage, it comes in various models, including pure suction, wet sweeping, and dry sweeping types, and is widely used for routine road cleaning and maintenance in urban roads, industrial parks, and factory areas.

Working Principle When the vehicle is in operation, the rotating side brushes on both sides gather debris from the road edges and curbs toward the center of the vehicle. The central suction nozzle remains close to the ground, while the high-power centrifugal fan inside the vehicle creates negative pressure within the dustbin, sucking all gathered debris and dust into the sealed dustbin. For wet-type models, water is simultaneously sprayed to suppress dust raised during sweeping, preventing dust dispersion. Once the dustbin is full, the hydraulic lifting system tilts the bin to dump the collected waste. Application Areas 1. Municipal Roads: Daily cleaning and maintenance of urban main roads, ring roads, and sidewalks. 2. Industrial Parks: Cleaning of internal roads in factory areas and dust and debris removal in logistics parks. 3. Residential Communities: Road cleaning in large residential areas and peripheral road sanitation around underground garages. 4. Scenic Spots and Parks: Sweeping of fallen leaves and debris on tourist trails, squares, and main roads in gardens. 5. Airports and Stations: Large-scale cleaning of high-speed rail stations, airport internal passages, and parking lots.
