Working Principle It operates on UV absorption principle. The dual-beam reference design eliminates errors caused by light source attenuation and ambient disturbance. Sample ozone gas flows into the symmetric long-path UV cell. Ozone molecules absorb UV light at specific wavelength. The system compares light intensity between reference beam and sample beam, calculates gas ozone concentration in real time based on Beer-Lambert law. Real-time readings are displayed on touch panel and transmitted to control system to monitor outlet concentration of ozone generators and stabilize ozone processes.
