MBR Membrane Bioreactor System|Integrated Wastewater Treatment|Hollow Fiber MBR
Working Principle
Wastewater flows into the biochemical treatment unit. Under anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic conditions, microorganisms decompose organic pollutants to realize nitrogen removal via nitrification and denitrification as well as biological phosphorus removal. The biochemically treated mixed liquor enters the MBR membrane separation unit. Hollow fiber membranes realize high-efficiency mud-water separation, thoroughly intercepting sludge, suspended solids and colloids, greatly increasing the sludge concentration inside the reactor to guarantee stable effluent. Supported by an aeration system, sludge recirculation device and on-line membrane cleaning system, the equipment allows 24-hour unattended continuous operation, and the closed structure prevents odor emission.
Application Fields
Garbage transfer stations & sanitation projects: Leachate of domestic garbage transfer stations, washing wastewater of sanitation vehicles, comprehensive wastewater treatment for sanitation parking lots and service stations.
Village & community sewage: Sewage from centralized residential areas in towns, new rural domestic sewage, residential communities, homestays and resorts.
Food and slaughter industry: High-concentration organic wastewater from meat slaughtering, fruit & vegetable processing, bean product processing and catering processing.
Industrial production wastewater: Wastewater from small manufacturing workshops, laboratory comprehensive wastewater, pre-treated textile printing & dyeing wastewater, advanced purification of biopharmaceutical tail water.
Reclaimed water reuse projects: Qualified effluent for site dust suppression, green irrigation and ground washing to reduce tap water consumption.
Solid waste supporting facilities: Treatment of washing wastewater from solid waste storage yards, garbage sorting workshops and small hazardous waste temporary storage sites.
Public supporting facilities: Wastewater from scenic visitor centers, small medical wastewater from hospital outpatient departments, domestic sewage of highway service areas.
