Membrane Filter Press | Hig-Pressure Membrane Chamber Filter Press
Working Principle
Slurry is fed into filter chambers by feeding pump for primary filtration. After feeding completion, squeezing medium fills the membrane plates. Expanded membranes squeeze filter cakes to squeeze out residual moisture and lower cake water content. After squeezing, filter plates are pulled apart for cake discharge, followed by on-line filter cloth washing to finish one full filtration cycle.
Application Fields
Paper-making & coking: Solid-liquid separation for paper-making and coking materials.
Pharmaceutical industry: Filtration for antibiotics, calcium phytate, herbal extraction, organophosphorus and other pharmaceutical materials.
Food processing: Dehydration for stevia sugar, maltose, starch sugar and starch.
Chemical industry: Solid-liquid separation for dyestuff, pigment and other chemical slurries.
Mining & sludge treatment: Sludge dewatering. The finished filter cake meets landfill and incineration standards, with weight and volume cut by half compared with conventional dewatering equipment.
