Molten-Salt Vertical Axial Flow Pump for High-Temperature Evaporation
Working Principle
The top-mounted motor drives the submerged impeller through an extended long shaft. The impeller generates axial thrust to produce high-flow forced circulation for molten-salt and saline media. Its vertical long-shaft design submerges the pump head directly inside the process tank, eliminating complex suction piping. Optimized hydraulics reduce erosion and wear caused by crystallized solid particles. The reinforced shaft assembly minimizes equipment vibration under high-temperature conditions, enabling long-term non-stop operation.
Application Fields
Fine Chemical Production: Circulation service for phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, acrylic acid, fumaric acid, melamine and other process loops. Compatible with both batch and continuous production lines for North-American chemical facilities.
Refrigerant & Light-Metal Processing: Molten-salt heat transfer circulation for refrigerant manufacturing and aluminum-magnesium alloy processing plants.
Polymer & Rubber Manufacturing: Delivers sodium salts, potassium salts, alkaline brines and other high-salinity crystallizing media for rubber compounding and plastic resin production lines.
Thermal-Fluid Evaporation-Crystallization Systems: Matches complete evaporation-crystallization packages, providing stable high-flow circulation for hot salt brines and alkaline process fluids.
