Municipal Solid Waste Sorting Production Line
Working Principle
Mixed waste is fed into the production line by feeding equipment. Large debris and hazardous waste are firstly removed at the manual sorting station. Materials then go into the trommel screen for particle‑size classification, where fine soil and organic residues are screened out. The air separator separates plastic films and light combustible materials by density difference. Magnetic separator captures ferrous metals such as iron blocks and steel wires. The ballistic separator separates bricks, stones and rigid fractions from soft household waste according to bouncing properties. Sorted materials drop onto dedicated conveyor belts for collection and further discharging.
Application Fields
Household Waste:Fully‑automatic waste separation for municipal & rural domestic waste treatment plants.
Construction Waste:Demolition waste screening for gravel, sand and steel rebar recovery.
Landfill Remediation:Excavation, screening and remediation for aged landfill stock waste.
Kitchen Solid Waste:Pre‑sorting and impurity removal for mixed kitchen and domestic waste feedstock.
