Non-Clogging Pulp Pump | WJ Series Fiber Slurry Pump for Paper Mills

Working Principle The pump utilizes a dual-channel impeller structure. Liquid enters from the axial inlet and, under the action of the high-speed rotating impeller, gains kinetic energy before being discharged through the radial outlet. The dual-channel design ensures smooth flow of slurry through the pump body, preventing the accumulation and clogging of fibers and particles while effectively reducing impeller wear. To balance axial thrust, an auxiliary balancing structure is incorporated inside the pump body, working in conjunction with wear-resistant liners to extend the service life of bearings and seals. Depending on the medium characteristics, the shaft seal can be equipped with either packing seals or mechanical seals, ensuring sealing reliability under high-temperature, corrosive, or solids-containing operating conditions. Applications 1. Pulp and Paper Industry: Suitable for conveying cotton pulp, wood pulp, bamboo pulp, waste paper pulp, and various chemical pulps. Used in processes such as stock preparation, furnish delivery, screening, and wastewater treatment. 2. Environmental Protection and Water Treatment: Applicable for conveying sludge, sewage, and particle-laden media in municipal wastewater treatment plants and industrial effluent treatment stations. Used in sedimentation tank sludge discharge, return activated sludge, and similar applications. 3. Light and Food Industry: Suitable for conveying high-concentration liquids and solids-containing media in the sugar, starch, and chemical fiber industries. 4. General Industrial and Mining Applications: Can be used for transporting mineral slurries in beneficiation plants, clay slurries in ceramic factories, and suspensions in chemical plants, accommodating a variety of complex solid-laden media.
