One-time Pull Filter Press | Automatic Chamber Filter Press | Sludge Dewatering Machine
Working Principle
The one-time pull filter press is assembled with a series of filter plates. The hydraulic system compresses all plates to form sealed filter chambers. Under pressure, feed slurry enters the chambers. Liquid passes through filter cloth and drains out, while solid particles are trapped to form filter cakes. Once filtration is completed, the one-time plate pulling mechanism opens filter plates at equal distances. Meanwhile, the automatic vibrator shakes the plates to make filter cakes fall off automatically, realizing full-automatic discharging and greatly reducing manual cleaning work.
Application Fields
Concrete: Sludge dewatering for concrete mixing plant slurry and sand washing wastewater Ceramics: Solid-liquid separation of ceramic body slurry and ceramic polishing wastewater Coking: Dewatering of coking wastewater sludge, coal tar residue and coking dust slurry Building Materials: Treatment of limestone slurry, gypsum slurry and wastewater sludge from building material processing
