Ozone Generator (Sealed-cabinet Type)

Working Principle Qualified oxygen from gas supply unit flows into discharge chamber. Driven by medium-high frequency inverter power supply, corona discharge takes place across dielectric materials to ionize oxygen into ozone gas. Produced ozone is delivered to contact reactor for oxidation, decolorization and sterilization with water or flue gas. Unreacted residual ozone is decomposed inside off-gas treatment unit. Monitoring instruments realize parameter acquisition, status monitoring and safety interlock protection. The fully-sealed cabinet provides dust-proof and moisture-proof performance, well suited for harsh site conditions with high integration and small footprint.
