Ozone Leak Detector | Ozone Gas Leak Monitor for Industrial Ozone Systems

Working Principle The integrated electrochemical sensor reacts with ozone molecules in ambient air and turns chemical signals into measurable electrical signals. The microcontroller processes these signals and calculates real-time ozone concentration for on-screen display. When ozone levels go above the preset alarm threshold, the detector activates local alarms and transmits signals to PLC or DCS to trigger remote alerts. It uses temperature compensation during industrial air sampling to minimize measurement errors caused by changing ambient temperatures. Application Fields Municipal water treatment plants: Real-time ozone leak monitoring inside ozone generator rooms to keep field operators safe Industrial wastewater treatment workshops: Ozone concentration checking around ozone oxidation equipment and pipe connections Pharmaceutical and chemical plants: Leak monitoring in enclosed workshops using ozone for disinfection and oxidation Swimming pool and aquaculture facilities: Safety monitoring for on-site ozone generation systems Food processing plants: Ozone gas detection in workshops running ozone air sanitization processes
