The PLC control cabinet collects data from various instruments and equipment and manages their start and stop. It can function as either a slave station or master station within the full ozone system and communicate with the customer’s host computer. We maintain a complete in-house production workflow covering AT electrodes for ozone cells, ozone chamber fabrication, high-frequency power supplies, high-voltage transformers and electrical control cabinet assembly. The full system is pre-assembled and tested at our factory. Products are only shipped after passing a 72-hour continuous running test.

Working Principle
The PLC cabinet gathers real-time readings from on-site instruments and field equipment, and sends control signals to manage equipment operation. It supports master-slave communication and data exchange with the customer’s upper computer. The automation core uses Siemens PLC models including SMART200, S7-1200 and S7-1500 series. Electrical components are mainly supplied by Schneider, to ensure stable, long-term operation of the ozone system.
