PSA VPSA Oxygen Generator | Industrial On-site Oxygen Production System

Working Principle Taking compressed air as raw material, the equipment uses molecular sieve to distinguish the adsorption capacity of nitrogen and oxygen. Nitrogen is adsorbed under pressure while oxygen is enriched. The molecular sieve achieves regeneration under pressure relief. Double adsorption towers work alternately in cycles to deliver stable oxygen supply. PSA type suits small-to-medium oxygen demand, with capacity from 1Nm³/h to 150Nm³/h and oxygen purity of 90%–95%. It is commonly used as oxygen source for ozone generators. VPSA type is designed for medium-to-large flow demand, with capacity from 150Nm³/h to 10000Nm³/h and oxygen purity of 90%–95%. It is widely adopted for oxygen supply in steel metallurgy and glass furnace industries. Application Fields Metallurgy industry: Steel melting, blast furnace oxygen enrichment Glass & ceramic industry: Oxygen-enriched combustion for glass kilns Environmental water treatment: Oxygen supply for ozone generators, wastewater oxidation treatment Aquaculture: Oxygen supplementation for high-density aquaculture Chemical and thermal processes: Oxygen enrichment for combustion and chemical reactions
