Working Principle The flocculated sludge is sent to the gravity dewatering zone to remove most free water by gravity. Then the sludge enters the wedge pre-pressing zone for low-pressure pre-dewatering to avoid sludge overflow. Afterwards, the sludge goes into the multi-roller progressive high-pressure pressing zone. Clamped between upper and lower filter belts, sludge is squeezed by rollers to squeeze out capillary water and form solid mud cake. The machine is equipped with automatic belt deviation correction and tensioning system for stable operation. Two independent backwashing systems continuously clean filter belts to avoid clogging and maintain stable dewatering performance. Application Fields Sewage Treatment Plants: Dewatering of excess sludge and air flotation scum from municipal and industrial wastewater systems to realize sludge reduction. Sand Washing & Mining Industry: Dewatering of sand washing slurry and tailing slurry. The slurry is pressed into dry mud cakes for easy stacking and transportation. Food Processing Industry: Dewatering of biochemical sludge and protein residues from bean product and food factories to reduce sludge moisture content. Chemical & Paper Industry: Slurry concentration, black liquor extraction and dewatering of sedimentation tank sludge in paper and chemical plants. Construction Engineering Industry: Dewatering of piling slurry, shield slurry and river dredging slurry to cut the volume of slurry for transportation.
