Working Principle The full filter press assembly is pre-built and tested at the factory. Feed slurry is pumped into filter chambers for solid-liquid separation. Liquid passes through filter cloth and drains out, while solids are trapped inside chambers to form filter cake. Once filtration finishes, filter plates separate and filter cake discharges automatically. Thanks to its skid-mounted integrated layout, you only need to connect piping and external power supply on-site to start the full filtration cycle, and the whole unit can be relocated as needed.
