Small Integrated Ultrafiltration System | Compact UF Membrane Water Treatment Unit
Working Principle
Raw water flows into the pre-treatment module first. Large particles such as sediment and rust are removed by the security filter to prevent damage to the UF membrane. The pressurized raw water enters the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane module. Driven by pressure, water molecules and small dissolved salts pass through membrane pores as permeate water. Contaminants larger than membrane pores, including suspended solids, colloids, bacteria and microorganisms, are trapped on the membrane surface and discharged with concentrate water. The system automatically performs air-water backwashing periodically to flush pollutants on the membrane surface and restore membrane flux. Equipped with online pressure monitoring, automatic drainage and fault alarm, it ensures stable continuous operation. The UF process only physically traps impurities and cannot remove dissolved salts in water.
