Soybean Products Wastewater Treatment Equipment
Working Principle
Wastewater from soybean processing first passes the pretreatment section. Grids and sedimentation remove large suspended solids and bean dregs to reduce the biochemical load. The wastewater flows into the regulating tank to balance water quality and quantity and mitigate fluctuation caused by batch production. Then sewage enters the anaerobic tank, where anaerobic microbes decompose high-concentration macromolecular organics and greatly reduce COD. After that, wastewater goes into the aerobic biochemical tank for further degradation of residual organics by aerobic microorganisms. Mixture enters the sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation, and clean water is discharged up to standard. Sludge generated in the system is collected and dewatered to prevent secondary pollution.
Application Fields
Tofu & Dried Bean Curd Factories: Wastewater treatment for tofu, dried tofu and thousand sheets production, handling bean soaking water, pressing wastewater and workshop washing sewage.
Yuba & Soybean Sheet Manufacturers: Wastewater treatment for yuba and soybean sheet production, degrading protein and starch organics in high-concentration yellow soybean wastewater.
Soybean Drink Plants: Wastewater treatment for fresh soybean milk and soybean beverage production, adapting to intermittent water discharge and variable water quality.
Soybean Products Industrial Parks: Centralized wastewater treatment for small and medium-sized soybean processing parks, treating mixed sewage from multiple soybean factories.
Vegetarian Soy Food Factories: Sewage treatment for vegetarian meat and bean-based food workshops, removing high suspended solids and high-protein organic wastewater.
