Stainless Steel Feeding Screw Pump
Working Principle
This feeding screw pump sucks and discharges fluid through screw rotation. Inter-meshing screws fit closely with liner inner wall to form multiple sealed chambers between suction and discharge ports. As screws rotate and mesh, new sealed chambers keep forming on suction side, trap fluid and push medium axially toward discharge outlet. Fluid gains pressure under screw tooth compression and moves axially. Uniform output flow is guaranteed by constant-speed screw rotation.
Application Fields
Food Processing Industry: Feeding transfer for thick sauces, pastes and high-viscosity fluids.
Environmental Sludge Treatment: Pressurized delivery for sludge, thick slurry and solid-liquid mixed media.
Chemical Industry: Transfer of chemical liquids of different viscosities and impurity-laden process media.
Pharmaceutical & Light Industry: Material feeding requiring stable flow and self-priming capacity.
