Textile wastewater treatment equipment is a complete set of sewage treatment equipment developed for textile printing and dyeing wastewater in the environmental protection water treatment industry. The whole equipment integrates pretreatment, coagulation reaction, air flotation separation, biochemical degradation, sedimentation filtration and sludge treatment units. Adopting combined physicochemical and biochemical processes, it specially treats high chroma, high COD and complex wastewater generated from textile production and printing & dyeing processes. It can effectively degrade pollutants such as dyes, size and fiber impurities to ensure stable and compliant effluent discharge.

Working Principle Textile printing and dyeing wastewater first enters the pretreatment unit to remove fiber debris and large suspended solids. Chemical agents are then added for coagulation reaction to aggregate dyes, colloids and suspended solids into flocs. Solid-liquid separation is realized via air flotation to greatly reduce wastewater chroma and COD. The pretreated wastewater flows into the biochemical unit, where microorganisms decompose organic pollutants such as size and dyes and reduce residual COD. The wastewater is further purified through sedimentation and deep filtration to remove residual pollutants, and the treated clean water is discharged up to standard. Sludge generated during treatment is delivered to the sludge treatment unit for dewatering to avoid secondary pollution. Application Fields Textile Printing & Dyeing Plants: Suitable for printing and dyeing wastewater from dyeing, printing and rinsing processes of cotton, chemical fiber and blended fabrics, removing dyes and size and reducing wastewater chroma. Chemical Fiber Weaving Enterprises: Used for wastewater treatment in the production of chemical fiber and artificial silk fabrics, effectively degrading high-concentration organic pollutants such as PVA size and new refractory additives. Fabric Washing Factories: Treatment of production wastewater from fabric washing, sand washing and desizing workshops, handling production sewage with fluctuating flow rate and variable water quality. Silk & Knitting Enterprises: Wastewater treatment for dyeing and finishing of silk and knitted fabrics, treating complex sewage containing sulfides, surfactants and other auxiliaries. Small Textile Industrial Parks: Centralized comprehensive wastewater treatment for small and medium-sized textile industrial parks, collectively treating mixed textile production wastewater from multiple enterprises in the park.
